Gift cards may be applied toward eligible stays, experiences, spa services, or other purchases at The Aerial, BVI, subject to availability and booking policies.
Gift cards must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be redeemed for cash. All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.
Gift cards do not expire.
Use of a gift card does not guarantee availability for specific dates or accommodations. All reservations are subject to The Aerial, BVI’s standard rates, minimum stay requirements, and cancellation policies.
If the booking total exceeds the gift card value, the remaining balance is due at the time of booking. Any unused balance will remain available for future use.
